Hi Antonia, "Thank you very much for a very informative & enjoyable NLP for Yoga Teachers course in Shrewsbury recently. I am feeling the benefits already in my home practice. On the course itself, I enjoyed the mix of listening & practical. I was able to move more deeply into the postures we practiced & I particularly enjoyed Sundays backbending practice.
